STRIDE is an organization with a two-fold purpose: 1) to bring awareness about sexual violence to The Ohio State University and to the Columbus community through running/racing and 2) to provide support to survivors and allies through the power of social connection through running or walking. Sexual violence can impact our physical health, emotional/psychological health, our social lifestyle, and our spiritual practice. Running and walking can have a profound, positive impact on these aspects of our lives and allows survivors another avenue to reclaim our lives.
