Our Print Methods

Plastisol Spot color

The industry standard for bold, vibrant prints. Plastisol spot color printing uses individual screens for each color, creating clean, solid graphics with excellent durability.

Puff Prints

Add dimension to your design with puff printing. Using specialty ink that expands when heated, this technique creates a raised, textured effect that stands out both visually and to the touch.

Fashion Soft Plastisol

A softer, more refined take on traditional plastisol. By reducing ink deposit and using specialty techniques, we achieve a smooth, lightweight feel while maintaining strong color and durability.

Simulated Process

Designed for highly detailed, full-color artwork. Simulated process printing uses layered inks and halftones to recreate complex designs—like photographs or gradients—while still using traditional screen printing methods.

DTF Heat Transfer

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing allows us to produce full-color, highly detailed designs and transfer them directly onto garments. It’s ideal for complex artwork, smaller runs, or placements where traditional screen printing isn’t practical.

Custom Tags

Elevate your brand with custom neck tags printed directly inside the garment. It’s a small detail that makes a big impact for brands and custom merch programs.

Plastisol Print With Underbase

What is an underbase?

An underbase is a layer of ink (typically white) that is printed first in the screen printing process. An underbase allows colors to pop and remain true on a dark colored garment.

In the image to the left, you’ll see an example of a design printed with and without an underbase. On the right hand side, the colors are more vibrant and remain true to their Pantone colors. On the left hand side, you’ll notice the colors are more washed out and the hues of each color have been altered due to the blue color of the garment showing through the ink.

When do I Need an underbase?

Unless you’re looking for a vintage-style print, an underbase is necessary when your print color is a lighter color than your garment color. A good analogy is painting a wall; if you were to put a single coat of paint on a wall that is the color of your garment, would you need a second (or even third) coat? If you would, then you’ll need an underbase.

Does an underbase Affect my price?

Yes, an underbase does factor into pricing. If your artwork requires an underbase, one additional print color is added to your final printing rate.
