What is your minimum order quantity?
For screen printing, our minimum order quantity starts at 25 units for a single color imprint. Minimums are based on the design itself, so if you would like to print more than one design, each design will be subject to its own minimum. For high color quantity artwork, please reach out to our team about minimum order quantities.
what file types do you accept for artwork?
The best screen prints start with vector artwork, so we require artwork in the form of an .ai, .eps, or .pdf with all fonts expanded and strokes outlined. We will also accept .psd files as long as the artwork is a minimum of 300 dpi on an artboard sized to 13 x 19”.
What is your maximum print area?
It depends on the garment. Some garments, like tank-tops and hoodies with kangaroo pockets, have smaller print areas than a standard T-Shirt. Our standard printing dimensions for garments are available on our Printing Page.
what is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days in addition to the time it takes to ship from our shop. It's important to note that this is an estimate and does not begin until payment and all information necessary is received. We will not begin production until your payment has been received.
can i pick up my order?
Absolutely! We'll send you an email notification as soon as your order has been completed. If you would like to pick up your order in person, please let us know when you place your order.
